Hi!I just have a question here about church leadership. I remember a sermon awhile back by zac poonen where he said that he believed a brother who fell in sin could be restored to fellowship, but not leadership. I do agree this is biblical because how it says elders must be 'blameless'. my question is, can men who were previously divorced (as believers for reasons other than adultery) or cheated on their wives or had some other major sin in the past (but they've repented of it), can they be restored to leadership after repentance?
