A NT scholar friend of mine recently told me about a marked similarity between the appointed feasts and such in Leviticus 23 and their fulfilment by Jesus through his life, death and resurrection, covering both the time Jesus spent on earth and the future reign. Have a look and see what you make of it.

Many people know (are learning) this in these days. With open ears and eyes the Old Testament is alive. A good source of information is found here: Israel National News Click on the TV News broadcast. TV News-Torah-Weekly Torah Study BEHARThen click on the TAB at the bottom of your screen Torah, and then pull up the Weekly Torah Study titled BEHAR. You will learn about the counting of the Omar This is the counting of 49/50 days, from Passover to Pentecost. Pentecost was also the day that Moses received the Torah. In other words, on the same calendar day that God gave His Word, He gave His Spirit. Those that heard Peter on that day knew that in addition to/part of the Feast of First Fruit. God gave His Word (OT/NT) and His (how to say it) the Fruit of His Word on the same calendar day. Jewish scholars may still have a veil over them, but their words are worth hearing by those that can truly hear. Enjoy!A good Bible study on Moses (Exodus through Deut.) is currently going on, around the world, through Bible Study Fellowship. There could be a class hear you and your friend.
