Looking For Hard To Find Books on Revival

Greetings brothers and sisters in Jesus Name!
I'm writing because I am searching for some books to add to my library that I am having a rather hard time finding. The books I'm looking for are:
"The Shantung Revival" by C.L. Culpepper
"The Awakening" by Marie Monsen
"Pandita Ramabai" by Helen S. Dyer
(or anything about the revival under sister Ramabai's ministry at Mukti)

Any Help is GREATLY appreciated!
