Re: CANTON: From a prayer chamber, Day 02

Revival is a must where our love is reduced to sentimental affinity, reduced to an attitude which, among other things, bravely dismiss the absoluteness of the Cross including its irrevocability in regards to the eradicating of sin and the process of making saints.
Sinners cannot sit at ease in Zion.
Complacency thrives where the judgment of God is abandoned in Christian thinking.

The Gospel begins with warning, imparts fear in the face of judgment, demands repentance before it delivers a message of hope and salvation, before it imparts life.
Pray for men who dare to be honest in their preaching of the Gospel.
Save us from the gross insensitivity among pastors in regards to man’s true need – a revealing of the corrupt heart and the way to deliverance.

Revival:
An acknowledgment of the Throne.
A yielding to the absolute lordship of Jesus Christ.
A handing over of life and goods to the purposes of the Kingdom.
A search for soundness, calibre and maturing equalling the on high calling.

A drastic crying out for a disrupting of those destructive meeting routines. . .

Our meeting routines dismiss a most vital point in the process toward a drawing near to the Lord: The corporate waiting for and crying out unto the Lord.
Pastors must learn to give room for corporate silence and the searching of the face of God in fellowship.

 Re:

Hello... new to forum... but have been on sermonindex many times. Wanted to come to the Revival Conference, but did't get to due to care of my elderly mother. Watching it on the webcast ... terrific. Am praying with all of you for Genuine Revival ... We desperately need a fresh move of God in our personal and corporate lives. Prayer, brokenness and repentance will fan the flame of revival ... At 59, I have come to realize that brokenness may have to come again and again ... oh the longsuffering and faithfulness of our God.
Ps 51:17
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart,
O God, you will not despise.
NIV
Blessings to all. sharonrose

Revival demands an uncompromising, self-sacrificial stance.

 Re:

Revival renounces the therapeutic gospel.
The therapeutic gospel puts to sleep, imparts complacency and comforts to death.
Pursue the fullness of Christ within, allow for a display of mercy and genuine benevolence.

Can anyone tell me how to get the Revival on Webcast?
Does anyone know if DVD's or CD's will be available of this Revival?
Thank-you.
God Bless all.

Bring us into a place of fellowship and purity, enable a vessel to carry the glory.
