 "Create in me a clean heart . . ."
The first part of this message (by Albert Zehr) is a very moving call to leave God's work in His hands by letting go of judgment/condemnation and embracing love. It is compelling (and emotional) but seems to me to be one pole of the paradox of "truth and love" . . . how do passionate servants balance speaking the truth and being "love" while doing it. It is a timely message for me as I wrestle in my church regarding issues of purity and holiness. It seems that God always puts one of these wake-up calls in my path to balance out the ever-present tendancy to become a Pharisee. Thank you Lord!

A classic on leading others with grace and freedom.
"Is it right with you and your family? Your church? There is a tendency towards spiritual abuse, to tyrannize those we minister to into a deeper walk with God. This is, as it were, setting ourselves between Christ the head and the church his body." We need to give our loved ones some space! Brother Zehr shares heartfelt, deep lessons from his own testimony of repentance from this. "Talk 'submission' and too often we produce rebellion. Live in the spirit of oneness and oneness begins to emerge." Have we learned to apologize? to be vulnerable? to set others free to serve God as they feel led, not as we prescribe? A truly classic, godly testimony. You don't want to miss it! Second part (32:30) is Pastor Warnock's prayer for love in our families and the church--conclusion of the conference.
