The power for me to handle life through Christ Jesus
This great sermon pointed out to me what is necessary for me to live the Christian life -- to understand my weaknesses, and how to let Christ Jesus live in me, so I can a new creation. Romans is an outstanding book that I'll study more now. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and for your ressurection to give me salvation.

 Well worth the time!
I am dealing with some addiction problems, and this reinforces my thoughts that I can't do it on my own. In fact, I can't do it with a little help from God. The only way I'm going to be delivered is by the power of the Holy Spirit. Praise be to God. This is an excellent message, but it's too short.

A good message that ended too soon.
The is a very clear, insightful message about the 3 laws at work in our lives and the answer to the 3 great problems in our lives. He spends the most time on the first and the least on the last (just a few minutes at most) so if you are struggling with your walk with Christ you will want to hear more of what Mr. Reidhead says. Christ for us. Christ as us. Christ in us. I hope he has a message somewhere on this site where I can hear more about this last one.

 Christ Died For Us
What are we going to do about the past? Romans 7.7-13, 5.1a,6,8 WHAT are we going to do about ourselves? Romans 7.14-23, 6.6 HOW are we going to be able to do what we NOW know we ought to do? Romans 8.1-4 A SUPERB primer to the magnificence of the epistle to the Romans. God's blessings.

Not so easy to follow but vital to understand !
Interesting that nobody has commented on this. It was difficult to follow if you had no personal revelation of concept of "in me there dwelleth no good thing" That very nature that God has stated deserves to die, still with depressing frequency, rises up in us and thinks "I'm not that bad" We are told to consider ourselves dead to sin, but continue to follow its dictates. There might be more humility in the church, and acceptance of this fact, if our thoughts and actions of the previous week were shown on the big screen for all to see. Unfortunately the King James version of Romans Chapter 6 does not lend itself to immediate understanding when read as quickly as the preacher read it. Even when you break it down into digestible chunks it is difficult to follow... although it is a relief when you admit it is true. The only good thing in us is the Spirit of Jesus
