The Fear Of The Lord: Malachi's Resurgence by David Ravenhill by SermonIndex.net Simulcast 2011

Topic: Conference
Description: Here we are confronted by one of America¬ís foremost, modern, ¬ďprophets¬Ē as he deals with several of church¬ís most fundamental truths: the fear of God, and the Holy Spirit¬óand we find his message greeted largely with silence. He crosses all denominational lines, and spares no one. Yet, when he is finished, and we look at ourselves and the North American church one cannot but wonder what will become of us if, as the brother points out, the church doesn¬ít get its act together. Can we really hope to survive, as a nation and as a people, if we continue to prefer our denominational dogmas, in the place of Scripture? The ramifications of this sermon are devastating.

Great Message for us in Nigeria
Wow, I have listen to this message more than 10times...This is the most valuable message. I have distributed it to people. Thks pastor

 RE: Old Joe
David Ravenhill is not a false teacher and if you're walking with Christ this message would resonate in your heart with truth and conviction. How can you even compare this message to that of Islam? Disgusting. This the problem with so many today where they'd rather hear and feel good and what has God done for me lately. If you want a false teacher and feel good message then go listen to Joel Osteen or Rob Bell. This season calls for the fear of God. We're at war. This world if filled with humanists and humanist doctrine. The end of all being is the happimess of man. Everything is for man. Not on your life. The end of all being is the GLORY of God. We need more preachers of the truth like David Ravenhill.

He missed the nail on this one
Bloodless, not an ounce of redemption in the message. There is basically no difference between what he is preaching and what Islam preaches (see below), which is why LS, Islam, RC et al will co-inhabitat easily together in forming the Harlot. "In its fourth form (aslama), the infinitive of which is Islam, it acquires the sense of "to resign", "to submit oneself" or "to surrender". Hence Islam, in its ethico-religious significance, means the "entire surrender of the will to God", and its professors are called Muslimun (sing. Muslim), which is the participial form, that is "those who have surrendered themselves", or "believers", as opposed to the "rejectors" of the Divine message, who are called Kafirs, Mushriks (that is those who associate various gods with The Deity), or pagans." Without the message of redemption, he ends up warning of false teachers like himself. It is a very common theme with LS....

 A Word in due season
Thank you Brother David for being sensitive and obedient to the Spirit of God. Truly, "The Voice Of One Crying In the Wilderness" I pray we "The Church" have ears to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to us in this crucial hour!! May God put the "Fear Of God" in us and give us a hatred for sin!! And may we began to give The Holy Spirit the Honor,Respect and Worship he deserves and is worthy of! I truly thank God for you.

 Incredible
Thank you for providing me the opportunity to hear this. It touched me to the core.

 one of the best
one of the beat sermons that i heard on sermonindex

 The truth!
Scripture without power = Fundamentalism Power without scripture= Fanaticism Power with Scipture = Evangelism Oh for grace to go after the Lord- He's right outside the box of denominationalism, dispensationalism and dogma. I am blessed to have listened to this sermon today!

 thank you David
The last time i heard David speak in person i wept. God grant us the Holy desparation to repent and return to our First Love and every spirit of compromise be flushed down the Dung Gate.

 Let us hear these words....
David Once again you deliver the precise word of God, without fear or foreboding. Your love of Christ shows through each word, each emotion. I pray the "church" hears these words literally and makes the course change it so desperately needs to make. Thank you friend for obeying the voice of God and delivering these words.

 Wonderful message
May we forsake our folly and seek after the Lord with ALL our heart!

 Highlight of these messages
Thank you bro. Ravenhill. This message needs no other explanation. Well put. I pray we have ears to hear.

 Go after God
This is a clear, clean, precise sermon regarding our need to "go after God". A precious man, like his father. He makes many relevant points regarding our need to have a passionate loving relationship with our God, which is what He has called us to, and gives several powerful examples that any one can understand.

A Simple Truth That Few Are Willing to Admit
What a great message that speaks directly to the our heart about God's heart...Who can deny that there are conditions to be met concerning one's standing with God? I dare say that there are FEW pulpits where this absolute truth is being taught. Thank God for those who are willing to make the decision to stand for Him and His Way...HE IS the Lord our God and He changes not...

 Awesome!
This was wonderful! He hit the nail on the head!
