Good teaching on how brokenness is needed and nurtured

This is very practical and loaded with plenty of Scripture references for anyone who wants to search their own hearts in light of God's Word. The one statement he made, "Why is my circle of influence so powerless?" really pricked me and something I'll need to get alone with God to seach my own heart.
