Description: K.P. Yohannan gives a passionate appeal to what really matters in life. In just a few years when we are all before the Lord, the things this brother shares will matter the most.  Hell fire not a literal fire
There are many instances in the scriptures where fire is mentioned. However, I will only stick to two of such scriptures in this blog post. “20 Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will HEAP COALS OF FIRE ON HIS HEAD.”(Romans 12:20) I wish to find out from my readers, is ‘HEAP COALS OF FIRE’ in Romans 12:20 literal? If ‘HEAP COALS OF FIRE ON HIS HEAD’ is not literal coals of fire we know and for that matter it is being used figuratively, then why are we finding it difficult to believe hell, hellfire, lake of fire, brimstone or sulphur used in the scriptures to describe the state of souls of sinners are also being used figuratively. Another scriptural text I wish us to look at is James 3:6. “6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.”(James 3:6) “And the tongue is a fi

Hell Its present dominion and its end!
It is always wonderful to hear a truly passionate and accurate presentation of the reality of Hell. No doubt this was at the back of many previous revivals and should always be at the back of any true conversion process. However, can I add something. Hell was created for the Devil and his angels. Finally the dominion of Hell comes to an end at the last Judgement. See Revelations. Hell is emptied of its dead, and is itself cast into the lake of fire. Hell is not the eternal torment of the unrepentant sinner. The lake of fire is the finality of the lost or the unsaved sinner. This may seem like mere words. If it is mere words then it is the mere words of God. Accuracy is everything. Amen.

 Amen!
@sermonindex: Amen! :) love it. After hearing this sermon, I checked out www.gospelforasia.org; they have a prayer team that prays for the persecuted church, and for some in the world who are farthest from the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Doesn't cost a dime to pray, and has more power than a million dollars...

 Help us oh Lord!
This message cuts to the heart! this is the true call for awakening for the church today, Jesus if we can only give our lives to you fully and completely, sold out for the gospel in every way!

 Unsettling
Materialism and creature comforts vs. the call of God to His people to carry the message of Almighty God to a lost and dying world. Profound truth in simplicity. Powerful truth in its prodding and reproof. Well spoken by a humble servant.

 What really matters!
Oh may we think and believe this everyday, every hour. May we not go by people all day long who are going to hell and not say something. May we live a life that really matters for the kingdom of God. "Jesus, take eternity and stamp it on my eyes, O Lord I want you to change my heart that you would change me from my selfishness."
