IS JESUS YOUR FIRST LOVE? by Basilea Schlink

Topic: Radio Show
Scripture(s): Philippians 3:7
Description: God lives and works today! Yes, in this time of trouble and temptation when the world seems to grow less safe every day, God is a mighty refuge and stronghold. That is why it is so important that we make Him our home and let Him make His home with us! However, everyone knows that the main ingredient for a real home is love. This meditation tells us what kind of love this is and why it is so important for us to attain it.

Everything Outside Of Christ Is Rubbish by Zac Poonen

Topic:
Scripture(s): Philippians 3:8-9
Description: Paul had a deep experience with Christ because he didn't put value on what everybody else valued. Brother Zac uncovers the spirit of being a servant that deals with God in terms of transactions rather than coming to Him as a loving Father. This spills over into our relationships with others, such as when we think of ourselves as "senior brother" or "senior sister" and make legalistic demands upon others.

Conversation Worthy of Christ by David Wilkerson

Topic: Worthy
Scripture(s): Philippians 1:27
Description: In this sermon, Wilkerson teaches us on the importance of what comes out of our mouth. Paul writing to the Philippians says that we should let every word that comes out of our mouths be worthy of the gospel of Christ. When one ponders that and then thinks of things that they speak… we are all going to be convicted of our own words.

 Heavenly comfort by Erlo Stegen

Topic: Comfort
Scripture(s): Philippians 2:1-4
Description: When the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sins and we confess and forsake them and are washed by the Blood of Jesus, then we shall experience the true comfort of the Holy Spirit. To those who love God, all things work together for good. We don't know what the future holds, but we know Him who holds the future. When Jesus departed, His disciples were sorrowful. Jesus said to them, 'It is expedient for you that I go, for when I depart, the Comforter will come - the Holy Spirit'. In verse 2 we read, "Fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind". God's people can live in this world of sin and in the devil's domain, being 'likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.' It is a foretaste of heaven, when God's people dwell together in such unity. Such a life is completely dedicated to God. That life and Spirit which was in Christ Jesus must also be in you.

Being an Encourager by George Verwer

Topic: Encouragement
Scripture(s): Hebrews 10:24, Philippians 2:3
Description: Miscommunication can take the best-intentioned encouragement and turn it to discouragement. Therefore love must overrule in all attempts to encourage. Verwer warns of the danger of "making the narrow road narrower than it is!" Forgetfulness and extremism are to be avoided. The importance of prayer combined with writing letters cannot be underestimated. Visiting people whenever possible is vital to the encouragement process.

Abounding Love of Paul for the Saints by David Smithers

Topic:
Scripture(s): Ephesians 3:14-19, Philippians 1:9-11, Colossians 1:3
Description: "We can talk a big talk," David Smithers exhorts, "but unless we can love one another we're not going to go deeper." The end of all Christian growth is love, and we're to abound in it. Smithers addresses many hard hitting issues of lovelessness and a lack of God's grace that hinder Christlikeness in our lives. How does our love measure up to Jesus Christ?
