 Spiritual Values by Dick Woodward

Topic: Attitudes
Scripture(s): Matthew 6:19-21
Description: One of the reasons people have so many problems is that they do not have the right values. Disciples who have the right attitudes within them are living with the right values. That is why they can have a salt and light influence in the world; their priorities are based on eternity and not on earthly treasures.

When Sin And Religion Become Friends by Carter Conlon

Topic: Compromise
Scripture(s): Matthew 6:22-23
Description: October 17, 2010 - There is no deeper darkness than when sin and religion become friends. When we sit under the true preaching of God's Word and then embrace a lie, sin and religion become friends. It is that inner struggle that we all have to face from time to time when we come to a minimal understanding of the ways of God, and yet in our own heart we think we might know a better way than the one God has planned for us. There is incredible power in the deceptiveness of the human heart. God is calling us to be single focused and to agree with His truth so that our heart will not be veiled with the deceit of religion. When we turn, with all of our heart, to the Lord, the veil is lifted and our lives become a testimony of His goodness and power.

13 Principle 9 - The Early Apostles Didn't Seek After Money by Principles For The Gathering of Believers

Topic: Audio Books
Scripture(s): 2 Corinthians 2:17, 1 Timothy 6:10, Matthew 6:24
Description: Christianity is not about money, it’s about people. Sadly modern Christendom has been overwhelmed with the salesman who sells Christ as ware and treats the holy things as a way to profit financially.150 It does not take much discernment for the worldly person to see the counterfeit preacher on TV who makes money look like their god.151 Yet, sadly, believers who are asleep spiritually, and have not been seeking the Lord, are given over to this delusion which is coming upon them in masses.152 False teachers abound and the saints are sleeping. There needs to be a clarion cry across all nations that God is not for sale and is against those who love money and equate righteousness with financial gain and profit.

Take my Life and Let It Be by Russell's Hymns

Topic:
Scripture(s): Matthew 6:25
Description: Is not the life more than meat? Matthew 6:25

Take my life and let it be
Consecreated, Lord, to Thee
Take my hands and let them move
At the impulse of Thy love
At the impulse of Thy love

Take my feet and let them be
Swift and beautiful for Thee
Take my voice and let me sing
Always, only, for my King
Always, only, for my King

Take my lips and let them be
Filled with messages for Thee
Take my silver and my gold
Not a mite would I withhold
Not a mite would I withhold

Take my love, my God, I pour
At Thy feet, its treasure store
Take myself and I will be
Ever, only, all for Thee
Ever, only, all for Thee

Trusting God with All Your Tomorrows by David Wilkerson

Topic:
Scripture(s): Matthew 6:25-26, Matthew 28-34
Description: April 2, 2006. God wants to change our thinking and impact our lives for the future. When we go through seasons of suffering, it is God’s desire to bring us to a place of total dependency on His promises. As we surrender our life into His hands and say Lord I trust you to be faithful to me and set ourselves to respond in defense of the gospel, then the very afflictions will become a message of Christ’s faithfulness. When you go through sufferings is your reaction preaching who Christ really is?

The "Me-First" Club by Dick Woodward

Topic: Attitudes
Scripture(s): Matthew 7:1-2
Description: Jesus taught His disciples to look inward and realize that His eight beatitudes would make them the salt and light the world needs. He also taught them to look around, apply those blessed attitudes to their relationships, and then to look upward and receive from God the spiritual disciplines and values they needed to continue being fruitful disciples. The last part of the Sermon on the Mount is a challenge: “What are you going to do about what you know?”

THE KEY TO FORGIVENESS by Basilea Schlink

Topic: Radio Show
Scripture(s): Matthew 7:5
Description: Maybe you feel that it isn’t true that God lives and works in your life. However, Jesus is standing at the door of your heart and knocking. Have you closed it to Him and your brothers by refusing to forgive those who have sinned against you? Maybe you want to forgive, but you just can’t.  Ask Jesus Now For The Things That You Need by Carter Conlon

Topic: Provision
Scripture(s): Matthew 7:7-12
Description: November 14, 2010 - The time for seeking God is now. The Bible says ask, seek, knock and God Himself will answer you and give you what you need. The question is what are we asking for? We are called to be a testimony of Jesus Christ in the earth. The light and life of Christ is given to those who are given for the purposes of God. Ask for your heart to be broken for the lost. Ask for the strength to take up your cross and follow Jesus. We are to seek first His kingdom. Seek the heart and the will of God and He promises that all we need will be given to us and at the end of the day we will have joy!
