Scripture(s): Jeremiah 29:13, Psalm 73:25, Philippians 3:7-8
Description: Why is it that not every believer finds God to the same depth?  Do You Really Trust God by David Wilkerson

Topic: Trusting God
Scripture(s): Jeremiah 17:5, Isaiah 30, Psalms 42
Description: There are some important things to consider before you answer the question. Do you really trust the Lord? That he is able, faithful and willing to do what he said he would? If we do, then why don't we pray or believe like we should? Why do we not cast our cares on him and leave them there instead of picking them back up and trying to do it ourselves? Bro. Wilkerson examines the passage in Jer. 17:5 "Cursed be the man who trusteth in flesh".  This is a very important message for all. True faith in God results in an abiding peace and rest in your soul. When we haven't learned to trust God, he will bring us to a place of depth to train us to trust him no matter whats. God wants us to be prepared to trust him. He wants us to learn how to depend totally on him for everthing, completely surrendering to his will. Then comes the calm and rest.

Governed by the Word of God 2 of 2 by David Wilkerson

Topic: Word Of God
Scripture(s): Jeremiah 36:1-6, Jeremiah 36:9-10
Description: Far worse than a nation despising the Word of God is a professing believer who lightly esteems the Word of God and refuses to submit to it, not bothering to read it much. They leave themselves open to deception. Brokenness and trembling at the Word of God will lead to healing. This he will honor and draw near to in any heart.

When Carnal Men Claim the Throne by Carter Conlon

Topic: Carnality
Scripture(s): 1 Corinthians 4:8-16, Jeremiah 23:21-22, 2 Chronicles 18
Description: May 4, 2008 - The voice of the Lord is coming to all the Jehoshaphats of this generation asking, "What are you doing helping those who exploit the poor, the widows and the fatherless?" God is beseeching them to ask Him for an eye salve anointing that they may see again and to ask for a purity of heart to look away from self and come back to the simplicity that is in Christ. False prophets are resisting Christ Himself for power, money and fame. Biblical prosperity is not given to bigger cars and houses. Biblical prosperity is to be poured out for lost humanity with the compassion and selflessness of Jesus Christ.

America's Greatest Need by Russ Sukhia

Topic:
Scripture(s): Jeremiah 2
Description: As we celebrate our country's birthday, many Americans, as grateful as we are to live in this land of freedom and opportunity, are aware that in some critical areas, America seems to have lost her way. In fact, Christians can see some striking parallels between modern America and Israel and Judah before they were taken captive centuries ago. Perhaps no passage of Scripture speaks to our nation more directly than Jeremiah 2. It is a powerful warning of impending judgement, and a call to national repentance.

The Incredible Signs That Follow Those Who Believe by Carter Conlon

Topic: Belief
Scripture(s): Jeremiah 13:12, 1 Corinthians 10:11, 2 Timothy 3:16
Description: June 11, 2006 – This is a message for those who think they have failed God and made a mess out of their life. God has intertwined His life with His church and it doesn’t matter how far we have fallen we are never out of God's reach. Those who are in Christ will not be overcome by the enemy. The serpent will not take us but rather we will take him up and whatever death the enemy has caused us to swallow it wiil not harm us. God will fill us with His power and His life will overflow with healing through us onto a sin sick world. These are the signs that will follow those who choose to believe.
